FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. What is your turn around from the time the order is placed?
Please allow 4–7 weeks during normal times and longer before peak season holiday rush (October–December).


2. What length cinch should I purchase?
Cinch measurements are taken from buckle top to buckle top. Measure your current cinch lying flat with a tape measure. If you are unsure of what length you need, I would be happy to assist you. Breast collars can be custom sized for your horse too.


3. Can you do all brands and designs?
I love to create one of a kind pieces and will do my best to bring your dream to fruition, however, some designs do not transfer well to cinches and breast collars, and too much design on a cinch may not be as ideal as a plainer one as it may not be as comfortable for the horse. I will be happy to look at your brand and determine if it is possible. Feel free to email your image to skyemesa@yahoo.com.

5. How do I clean my mohair breast collar or cinch and how often? 
I recommend rinsing in cool water until the water runs clear. Never put a Cielo Cinches item in the washing machine. While a build up of your horse’s hair is perfectly fine, a breast collar or cinch with caked on mud and sweat will diminish its longevity and performance, nor will it be as comfortable for your horse as a clean one.


6. What is your return policy?
I will fix anything that may be wrong with your item within reason. If I miscalculated the size, I can remake an item. Please contact me within 2 weeks from the time the item is received.
